In finance, the notion of risk is prevalent. In this Challenge, the level of risk you are willing to undertake is at your discretion, thus influencing your choice of nominal capital for the real account.
Consequently, you may opt for an initial capital of $200,000 rather than the standard $100,000.
In such an instance—adhering to the percentage criteria for each step—your profit targets and drawdown limits will possess distinct absolute values (refer to the table below for specifics).
Let’s say you start trading with an initial capital of €8,000, representing the maximum amount you can afford to lose.
You deposit this sum into a trading account and successfully double your investment to €16,000. At this point, you will reclaim your initial €8,000, leaving you with another €8,000 to re-engage in trading.
Consider an alternate scenario: You are participating in the Savius Challenge and achieve the same feat of doubling your capital. You can cash out 80% of the profits, depositing €6,400 into your account. However…
Given that you have met the Profit Target, your Profit Target and Max Drawdown are doubled. Hence, you have successfully gained €6,400 and are poised to re-enter the market with a more substantial nominal capital. Effectively, you are now trading with a financial base of €16,000. Although it appears as if you have contributed an additional €8,000, it is, in reality, Savius that has deposited this sum into your trading account.
This constitutes the true potency of this arrangement: the extraordinarily rapid and potentially boundless scaling based on your performance. To conclude, upon reaching the third phase of the Challenge, we will fully reimburse your initial entry fee. This provision inherently facilitates the generation of a significant surplus.
